My Present Desire: Nicholas Kirkwood Shoes

I love wearing basic pieces - jeans and white shirt. But a million people would don the same look and my style philosophy says "Don't dress like everybody else". As Cecil Beaton puts it:
“Be daring, be different, be impractical, be anything that will assert integrity of purpose and imaginative vision against the play-it-safers, the creatures of the commonplace, the slaves of the ordinary.”

I don't wanna be a slave of the ordinary nor be a member of the play-it-safers. So if I would insist on wearing the basic pieces, I would make sure that I splash a little of something daring and different - a piece that would catch people's attention and forget that I was just wearing a pair of jeans and a white shirt. Would these pair of shoes achieve what was described above?
