Project (Off the) Runway

Day 2 was loaded – lecture, field trip and…. project! I call it PROJECT OFF THE RUNWAY. The task was to take a photo of uber stylish people and note down what they were wearing. Event papparazi-ish! My cam wasn’t reliable so my solution was…. to bring a photographer instead. Hehehe! Smart! Tagged Karen along to take some photos. Thanks mehn, ever reliable cam… friend pala!

For a fashion event like this, you’d expect people to dress up…and some really did, as in to the extreme!!! Kalurkey! But never took photos of them, hoping that the runway show would enlighten them…hehehe. Anyways, took photos of people who nailed it. Fashyown!

Who said you have to wear heels to be noticed? Loved how she reworked on the “lola” dress, making it look funky and even funkier with the faded denim vest.

There was no need for color to draw attention to her style and beauty. Loved how she added the scarf – it gave a street-style feel to her look.

Divine! The curls and the peek-a-boo dress reminded me of warrior princesses...in style. Love her statement shoes. You may be wondering, what makes it a statement shoe when it's just simply mary janes in nude. Well, you'd have to look at its heels to find out! Definitely a Kermit Tesoro piece! Love it!

Wanted to take a photo of Daryl Chang and Jae Pickrell of Preview but didn't have the guts to approach them. Loved Daryl Chang's jacket. Found out it was a Julius Tarog creation. Loving him. Loved Jae Pickrell's pixie cut and red lipstick.
