Taking from men, that's how I put it, in my case, when I do attempt to don an adrogynous look, I take it from...a boy, a teenage boy - my lil bro. I guess this explains why I never had a hard core man-ish look, mine always comes out to be just a lil boyish or tomboyish. My attempts were never too XY-ish, unable to minimize much of my femininity.

I never wanted to go hardcore. I love the prim and proper, the fragile sexiness in being a woman. I like highlighting that when I dress up. But there's just this certain sexiness in taking inspiration from men's fashion - I guess it's the pinch of toughness.

Suit Up: Dressing Ken

Stomachs grumbling, chit chatting, feet rushing - all to see what's about to be digested. In a roaring sea of little pairs of feet in Converse and Crocs, struts a pair of white pointed shoes. One amazed little boy yells, "It's a girl".... We all knew it wasn't.

Men's fashion has evolved over the years. Gone were the days when blues, blacks and grays were all reserved for them. They have been more experimental when it comes to colors, silhouettes and styles. Men's closets are now filled with florals and pinks. Dressing Ken can be as fun as dressing Barbie... or even more.

Dressing up a real Ken would be a dream come true. I wish I could pull out clothes from heaven - Topman, Ben Sherman, and SM Department Store (You'd love the price! Check out Wharton!!!).
